In 2026, MSA is excited to help get more pull mechanisms out in the world — prizes, Advance Market Commitments (AMCs), and other tools that create incentives to build what’s urgently needed. One example we’re pushing forward is NeoTest, a pull mechanism aimed at helping bring affordable, accurate rapid diagnostic tests for neonatal sepsis to low- and middle-income countries.
